 Provision for meals.

 The food provided is conducive considering the age of members.

The timing is as under:

7:00 a.m.- Tea or coffee.

8:30 a.m.- Breakfast with tea.

1:00 p.m.- Lunch.

4:30 p.m.- Tea with light refreshment.

8:00 p.m.- Dinner

 The food is exclusively vegetarian, however effort is made to variety.  Lunch and dinner consists of dal, rice, chapati, fruit and leafy vegetables, khichadi, sprouted pulses etc.  Pohe, uppit, dosa, chapati, bhaji, bread bhaji are provided in breakfast.

 Sleeping arrangement:

A big hall (40’X75’) is partitioned to accommodate male and female sections and office.  Every resident is provided with bed, bed cover, blanket and pillow.  Hot water is available for bath.  An almiral is available for storing personal things such as clothing etc.

 Entertainment and play.

TV, transistor, cassette player, Carrom board, harmonium, newspapers and a swing, a well-stocked library are provided.  Meditation, Agnihotra and devotional songs are a regular feature of the Ashram.  An excursion for the inmates is arranged every year.

05:30 to 06:00 a.m. Morning chores
06:00 to 07:00 a.m. Cleaning & Agnihotra rituals.
07:00 to 07:15 a.m. Tea.
07:15 to 08:30 a.m. Bath, washing of clothes etc.
08:30 to 09:00 a.m. Breakfast with tea.
09:00 to 09:30 a.m. Gardening
09:30 to 10:00 a.m. Prayer.
10:00 to 01:00 p.m. Rest, reading, play and amusement
01:00 to 01:30 p.m. Lunch.
01:30 to 04:30 p.m. Rest.
04:30 to 05:00 p.m. Tea with snacks.
05:00 to 07:00 p.m Gardening, play, amusement.
07:00 to 08:00 p.m. Agnihotra, devotional songs, reading and discussion.
08:00 to 08:30 p.m. Dinner.
08:30 to 09:30 p.m. TV, personal talk.
09:30 to 05:30 a.m. Rest for the night.
